Hello Guys,

I’ve had my Scag Velocity since 2014 and although it mows without any issues, it doesn’t seem to be bagging the clippings well. I empty the clippings after every session and it still leaves a line of cut grass without the bag being full. Any suggestions?

Hi Jonathon,

Going by your description, there could be a few causes for this issue – firstly, does your catcher have a vent screen attached? And is the engine at full throttle? I’ve faced this issue when I don’t mow at full throttle. If this isn’t the case, ensure that your catcher is mounted properly and lined up well to the unit.
